Affiliate Terms of Service

Autonomous City Affiliate Program

Effective Date: December 09, 2025

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM.

By registering as an affiliate, accessing your affiliate dashboard, or receiving any commissions, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms of Service (the “Terms”) with AutonomousCity.ai (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).

1. Enrollment in the Program

To participate, you must submit a complete and accurate affiliate application.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2. Affiliate Obligations

You may promote our products and services (including live crypto education lessons) using approved marketing materials and your unique affiliate link.

All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on disclosures, anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and advertising regulations.

You agree to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “#ad” or “affiliate link”) in all promotions.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Spam, unsolicited email, or unauthorized messaging

False or misleading claims about our products/services

Use of our trademarks in domain names, paid search ads, or social media handles without permission

Self-referrals or purchasing through your own link

Cookie stuffing, fake traffic, or any fraudulent methods

3. Commissions

Commissions are earned only on qualified sales directly tracked through your affiliate link.

Commission rates and structures are as published in your affiliate dashboard and may be modified with 7 days’ notice.

Commissions are paid monthly (net 30) via USDC or other agreed cryptocurrency, or currency provided the balance exceeds $50.

We reserve the right to reverse commissions resulting from fraudulent, invalid, or refunded transactions.

4. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

We may terminate your participation immediately for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms our brand.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions earned legitimately will be paid in the next payout cycle. Any fraudulent or disputed commissions will be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing materials solely for promotion under these Terms.

You may not modify our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding earnings, uptime, or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutonomousCity.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your participation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutonomousCity.ai, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your promotional activities or breach of these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time with notice via email or dashboard announcement. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the PA.

By clicking “Accept” or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
